A 25-minute video “So you have to go to court” and a resource kit has been developed for people with cognitive disability in the community.This DVD follows the stories of two people with cognitive disabilities as they prepare for and go to court- one as a witness and the other as defendant.
The materials in the resource kit can all be downloaded below. They have been prepared for both the person with a disability who has to go to court and people who may support them through the court process.Video: “So You Have to Go to Court!” (Available in DVD and online)
